Once our emblem for Baltimore was created, it was applied to new construction signs for all Department of Public Works projects throughout the city. Contractors were provided the template for the 4×6′ notice.
Messaging was context-specific. If the development was near a residential area, it would read “Neighborhoods First,” and if it was a commercial district, “Progress Ahead.”
