One of my first federal projects: The Department of Justice was producing a series of videotapes for law enforcement and public safety officials nationwide. This was 1997, in the wake of bombings in Atlanta, GA.
Each videocassette was labeled and accompanied by informational booklets. The three titles were:
- Surviving the Secondary Device:The Rules Have Changed
- Surviving Weapons of Mass Destruction
- Weapons of Mass Destruction and the First Responder
